Durgan Flat Inn (formerly the Downieville River Inn)
The Durgan Flat Inn still operates as a resort in Downieville, CA. Apparently, a former resident of the Inn has found a home in the afterlife. Repeated incidents of water faucets being turned on without explanation have occurred. Additionally, multiple guests have reported a visit from the guest, whose ghostly apparition will crawl into bed with visitors. Reports have few fearing this apparently friendly spirit. Ghost seekers and hunters often visit the inn in an effort for positive confirmation from this friendly ghost.
